keyword that the user queried, but it will provide call agent and
disposition options to determine which keywords are generating calls
that are generating appointments and which keywords are generating
calls that have less or no value. It will also allow you to hear a
recording of each call generated and see how many appointments were
generated by each agent that receives a call. Using this detailed ROI
tracking strategy, we will have the data we need to make the best
possible decisions for your PPC campaign. In addition, each call that
is received will be tracked back to the actual name and address of the
caller. In instances where a call might be lost, or a customer has to
hang up the call due to a distraction, the name, address and phone
number will be tracked so that you can distribute the lead to the
appropriate sales person.
With this strategy we’ll know, to the penny, the cost of each call,
email, and form fill as well as each appointment as it relates to a
keyword specific search. This information, along with testing effective
landing pages, will enable us to eliminate/adjust poor performing
keywords and adjust high ROI keywords using empirical data.
